“Ransom Memorial Hospital has one priority and that is YOU!  They take the term “care” to a whole new level and treat you like family.    

The care my mom has received at RMH is above and beyond any other facility that she has been to (which is a total of 5, including RMH). This includes the RMH E.R., Surgery Unit, Express Care Clinic, Outpatient Services, Respiratory Services, Rehabilitation, Imaging services, Laboratory, and Inpatient Services. I could not be there with my mom for a procedure and one of the nurses made sure to step in for me and hold Mom’s hand and offered her (and me) the reassurance that everything would be okay. You don’t get that kind of service anywhere else. When we go to the hospital for anything, the staff always goes out of their way to come over and talk to us and see how we are doing. 

I have lots of specific examples like the one above……we have so many stories with the care Dr. McCalla gave Mom that I wouldn’t know where to start.
