CERTIFIED RESPIRATORY THERAPIST–PRN II
Under the supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Manager, the Registered Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician’s orders, department policies and procedures.
FLOOR CARE TECH – Full Time Evenings – 2:30pm – 11pm
Responsible for shampooing, stripping, waxing, and scrubbing all types of flooring in the hospital along with other duties. Floor experience preferred.
C.N.A./ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES – Full Time (40 Hrs wk) day shift 7am-3:30pm
Non licensed individual accountable for providing patient care in collaboration with the registered nurse, for all age groups of patient care. Also, responsible for shampooing, stripping, waxing, and scrubbing all types of flooring in the hospital along with other duties.
Responsible for the total administration of the Pastoral Care Program at Ransom Memorial Hospital.
APRN- PRN – EXPRESS CARE
Responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. Works under direct supervision of a physician following established guidelines as required and within established scope of practice. May also be asked to cover for APRN Hospitalist.
REGISTERED NURSE 1 Part Time nights (3-12 hour shifts per pay period) & 1 Full Time days.
Kansas Licensed RN accountable for providing patient care as a professional care giver or as leader of a nursing team providing care for patients and collaborates with nursing and other health care personnel to provide safe and effective patient care for all age groups of patients.
REGISTERED NURSES 3 openings- One Full Time (36 hrs wk) & one Part Time (12 hrs wk), Night-shift, 6:30pm-6:30am, and One Part Time (24 hrs wk, Day Shift, 7am-7pm): all with up to $2500 sign on BONUS.
Provides professional nursing care within the Emergency Department that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care and determines priorities on patient’s needs. Must be licensed in the state of Kansas.
CLERK – 1 Part Time (12 hrs wk) Night shift Every other Saturday & Sunday 6:30pm–6:30am
Provides indirect patient care in the Emergency Department. Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff and medical staff. Implements directions from physicians and nursing staff.
REGISTERED NURSE – Full Time Night Shift (36 hrs wk) with $2500 sign on BONUS
Provides direct patient care in the Labor/Delivery/Nursery/Postpartum setting. Provides assessment and planning for individualized patient care. Communicates with physicians about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Performs general nursing duties in all Maternal Child Health departments with adequate supervision. Participates in performance improvement activities. . Licensed registered nurse accountable for providing patient care as a professional care giver, collaborate with nursing and other health care personnel to provide safe and effective patient care for all age groups of patients.
PATIENT ACCOUNT REP. Insurance Follow-up – 2 Full Time openings (40 hrs wk) day shift
Responsible for the follow up and timely processing of unpaid/outstanding claims by insurance, federal agencies and third party payers. Audits patient accounts to ensure procedure, charges and coding accuracy. Collects paymentts from commercial insurance companies, state and federal agencies. Participates in performance improvement & continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities.
PHLEBOTOMIST – 1 Full Time opening
Performs venipunctures and skin punctures competently and expediently. Has thorough knowledge of test requirements, assists in Clinical Laboratory as needed. Responsibilities include bleeding time tests, blood cultures, and blood samples.
MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST – 1 Full Time night shift opening
Responsible for the processing of laboratory specimens and reporting of results in all areas of the clinical laboratory. Maintains laboratory records. Follows laboratory policies and procedures; maintains quality control practices in the Laboratory. A 4 year Baccalaureate in Clinical Laboratory Science is required
REHAB AIDE – Part Time– Day Shift (20 hrs wk)
The Rehabilitation Aide as directed and supervised by the staff Therapist assists with restoration of patient functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. Assist with preparation, maintenance and cleanup of all treatment areas in the department according to established procedures. Certification required.
ULTRASOUND TECH – Full Time Nights (4 10 hr shifts with no weekends)
Performs ultrasound procedures for the purpose of providing diagnostic interpretation including general, vascular, echocardiography and surgical procedures, assists with filing and reporting system within the department and registers patients as needed. Assists radiologist as necessary. Experience with Vascular, Abdomen, and OB. ARDMS and RVT Required.

Performs ultrasound procedures for the purpose of providing diagnostic interpretation including general, vascular, echocardiography and surgical procedures, assists with filing and reporting system within the department and registers patients as needed. Assists radiologist as necessary. ARDMS and RVT Required, Echo Preferred.
DIETARY SPECIALIST – Part Time (12 hrs week) 4pm – 7pm
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nutritional Services, the Dietary Specialist performs a variety of patient food service and dish duties as well as other related tasks.
NURSING SUPERVISOR – PRN
Responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management of the activities of the total patient care services during his/her assigned shift. In the absence of the Administrator and/or designee, the Nursing House Supervisor has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-on-Call.
CLINICAL LIAISON – Full Time day shift
Must have exceptional customer service skills. Act as both a coach and mentor to physicians and clinical staff with regards to EHR/EMR. Duties will include, but are not limited to – training, coaching, maintaining tables and setup, developing test scripts, performing release testing and providing analysis. Works with vendors to resolve issues and provide daily support of physicians/clinical staff issues. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Acts as a subject matter expert, coordinating with vendors, clients, carriers and technical staff on the implementation, and ongoing management of various EHR/EMR systems. (Examples include but are not limited to CPSI, Exitcare, Pyxis, Practice Partners/Cortex). Identify and escalate support issues as needed. Maintain tables which drive the use of the software. Must understand the relationships between tables, Data, and the overall ramification of changes. Train and coach employees and physicians on proper software use. Identify and escalate support issues as needed. Maintain CPSI certification as based in CPSI job description. Other duties as assigned. Must be a licensed RN in the state of Kansas.
