CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. | Full Time
Responsible for the ordering, receiving, and distribution of products for the materials management system for the hospital. This system should meet or exceed the requirements of the hospital and be accomplished at the most favorable cost. Responsible for maintaining an accurate Item Master; Responsible for the customer service of assigned department(s); Responsible for other duties as assigned. Serves as back-up for the other Materials Management staff and his/her assigned departments.
SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR: Full Time (40 hours a week)
Primary responsibility is operation of hospital switchboard. In addition will act as cashier for patients and others in order to receive insurance and patient payments. Verifies, processes and records these payments. Answers patient payment questions. Responsible for petty cash. Collects co-payments and issues receipts. Documents all transactions in the computer system accurately and efficiently. Participates in the department’s performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities.
PHARMACY DIRECTOR: Full Time
Pharmacist In Charge, responsible for planning, organizing and directing the overall operation of the Pharmacy Department; ensures compliance with patient care quality standards as it relates to the care provided to all age groups of patients ranging from newborns to the elderly; directs and controls the purchase and inventory maintenance of pharmaceuticals and related substances and supplies; participates in the department’s planning, revenue analysis, budgeting, education and human resources activities. Requires a Graduate Degree Pharm D or equivalent experience.
EXPRESS CARE: APRN Full Time & PRN | Noon-10pm
Responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. Works under direct supervision of a physician following established guidelines as required and within established scope of practice.
NEUROLOGY: Full Time | Days
Would serve as pain management case manager for neurologic, orthopedic and chronic pain patients. Background in psychology required.
WELLSVILLE FAMILY MEDICAL CLINIC: Full Time | Physician’s Assistant or APRN
Will serve as a physician extender in our newly designated rural health clinic through Wellsville Family Medical Clinic.
DIRECTOR OF PATIENT ACCOUNTS: Full Time
Directs the activities of the facility’s Revenue Cycle in coordination with the CFO. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in processing/posting of all patient account information. Oversees all patient account billing and collection procedures of Business Office Staff. Will work closely with Director of Patient Access with pre-registration & registration staff/processes. Overall responsibility for charge processing, claim submission and processing, payment processing, collections and accounts receivable management, denial management, reporting of results and analysis, concurrent and retrospective auditing, proper coding, credentialing, managed care contract review and oversight, customer services relative to revenue cycle, training and development relative to revenue cycle, analytics, and all other revenue cycle management activities.
INSTRUCTOR | Safe Sitter | PRN
Candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, conducting, and evaluatin programs for the benefit of RMH employees and the community as applicable. Classes are scheduled for advance planning.
MAMMOGRAPHY TECH | Full Time
Performs imaging procedures for the purpose of providing diagnostic interpretation including trauma radiography, surgery radiography, mammography, and CT procedures. Assists with filing and reporting system within the department and registers patients as needed. Assist radiologist as necessary. Must be registered ARRT.
RADIOLOGY/CT TECH | PRN
Performs imaging procedures for the purpose of providing diagnostic interpretation including trauma radiography, surgery radiography, and CT procedures. Assists with filing and reporting system within the department and registers patients as needed. Assist radiologist as necessary.
REGISTERED NURSE | 24 Hrs wk: Day Shift
Provides professional nursing care within the Emergency Dept. that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care and determines priorities on patients needs. Must be licensed in the state of Kansas.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST | Day Shift: 40 Hrs. Wk.
Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. BA required, Graduate Degree preferred, licensed in the state of Kansas.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF FOUNDATION | Full Time
Responsible for the hospital’s annual giving objectives through the coordination and managing of fund-raising activities and the cultivation of prospects and donor. Position is part of a comprehensive Hospital fund-raising program and must coordinate activities within hospital’s primary service area. This position requires a Baccalaureate Degree and at least 5 years experience.
