INSTRUCTOR | Safe Sitter | PRN
Candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, conducting, and evaluatin programs for the benefit of RMH employees and the community as applicable. Classes are scheduled for advance planning.
INSTRUCTOR | Mandt Training | PRN
Seeking one staff or patient care RMH employee - to teach Mandt training to RHM staff. The Mandt system teaches skills that promote healthy relationships and prevent aggressive behavior by managing one’s own behavior, and supporting patients with positive behaviors and calming, respectful communication. Initial instructor training entails a 3-day paid course to be completed by August 2015. Thereafter this instructor will teach small to medium sizes of groups at least 4 times per year to clinical and other staff. This candidate must be a self-starter, have desire to teach, public speaking skills and ability to independently prepare and organize for classes. Applicant must currently practice at RMH and be willing to teach the Mandt system for 2 years. Will train the right candidate. Can be an RN or other staff person interested in teaching.
RADIOLOGY/CT TECH | PRN
Performs imaging procedures for the purpose of providing diagnostic interpretation including trauma radiography, surgery radiography, and CT procedures. Assists with filing and reporting system within the department and registers patients as needed. Assist radiologist as necessary.
REGISTERED NURSE | 24 Hrs wk: Day Shift
Provides professional nursing care within the Emergency Dept. that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care and determines priorities on patients needs. Must be licensed in the state of Kansas.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST | Day Shift: 40 Hrs. Wk.
Responsible for evaluation, planning, directing and administering physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. Administers treatments and physical agents as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. BA required, Graduate Degree preferred, licensed in the state of Kansas.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF FOUNDATION | Full Time
Responsible for the hospital’s annual giving objectives through the coordination and managing of fund-raising activities and the cultivation of prospects and donor. Position is part of a comprehensive Hospital fund-raising program and must coordinate activities within hospital’s primary service area. This position requires a Baccalaureate Degree and at least 5 years experience.
ES TECH III | Surgery | Full Time: Night Shift
Performs routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, offices, clinical areas, waiting areas, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators and stairways according to procedures. Practices infection control techniques in all duties.
CHARGE NURSE | Day Shift | 36 Hrs Wk: 7am-7pm
Accountable for the effective organization and functioning of the Medical/Surgical unit during his/her tour of duty, assists Patient Care Coordinator and Clinical Nurse Manager ICU/Medical Surgical Unit in the overall management of the unit, collaborates with nursing and other health care personnel for safe and effective patient care for all age groups of patients, provides patient care as necessary. RN must be licensed in the state of Kansas.

Licensed RN accountable for providing patient care as a professional care giver or as leader of a nursing team providing care for patients, collaborates with nursing and other health care personnel to provide safe and effective patient care for all age groups of patients. Must be licensed in the state of Kansas.
CNA | 20 Hrs wk | Day shift: 7am-5:30pm
Non licensed individual accountable for providing patient care in collaboration with the registered nurse, for all age groups of patient care. 1 year vocational study required, CNA preferred.
SCRUB TECH | Part Time: Day Shift
Certified Scrub Tech. assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Ensures operating suite is prepared for procedure. Monitors par level of all surgical instruments and supplies. Cleans and sterilizes all surgical instruments. ORT certification is required.
MID-LEVEL ARNP | PRN
Responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling. Works under direct supervision of a physician following established guidelines as required and within established scope of practice.
PHLEBOTOMIST – PRN (as needed)
Performs venipunctures and skin punctures competently and expediently. Has thorough knowledge of test requirements, assists in Clinical Laboratory as needed. Responsibilities include bleeding time tests, blood cultures, blood samples.
