CHIEF NURSING OFFICER – Full Time
As part of the hospital administrative team, assists with the organization, direction, management and evaluation of Patient Care Services to attain the hospital’s objectives established by the governing authority. Will also oversee the Risk Management and Corporate Compliance.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER – Full Time
Directs the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community. Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, real estate, and insurance activities for the organization. Appraises, analyzes, and consolidates the organization’s financial position and issues periodic/routine financial/operating/statistical reports. Directs and analyzes studies of general economic, business and financial conditions and their impact on the organization’s policies and operations.
ACCOUNTANT – Full Time
Processes and prepares general ledger transactions, processes accounting data, and generates reports and statements.
RN ASCU/PACU – PRN – Day Shift
RN accountable for providing patient care as a professional care giver, part of a nursing team providing care for patients, collaborates with nursing and other health care personnel to provide safe and effective patient care for all age groups of patients.
SCRUB TECH – Part Time – Day Shift
Scrub nurse assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Ensures operating suite is prepared for procedure. Monitors par level of all surgical instruments and supplies. Cleans and sterilizes all surgical instruments. ORT cert. is required.
TUMOR REGISTRAR/CODER – Part Time – Days Shift
Abstracts information from patient records with the diagnosis of cancer. This information is entered into the facility’s data base and submitted to the State Registry. Ensures accuracy and integrity of the medical record abstract data. Requires skill in the sequencing of diagnoses/procedures to optimize reimbursement. Ensures that records are coded in an accurate and timely manner. Experience in coding is required.
CLINICAL LIAISON – Full Time
Must have exceptional customer service skills, act as both coach, and mentor to physicians and clinical staff with regards to HER/EMR. Minimum Qualifications are: BA in Nursing, minimum of 2 years nursing experience, strong presentation and facilitation skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, all current and previous licenses in good standing, ability to work off-hours when required, and proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CPSI is a plus.
REGISTERED NURSE – Part Time – Night Shift
Accountable for providing patient care as a professional care giver or as leader of a nursing team providing care for patients, may be assigned to carry out Charge Nurse Functions, collaborates with nursing and other health care personnel to provide safe and effective patient care for all age groups of patients. Must be licensed in Kansas.

1 Fulltime in Dr. Symmonds Clinic, 2 PRNs to work occasionally in all areas.
Perform administrative and patient care duties in the medical practice to support medical providers and nursing in the examination and treatment of clinic patients. As the first person the patient encounters, provide outstanding customer service skills. Medical Assistant Certification required.
INTENSIVE CARE UNIT – REGISTERED NURSE – Full Time Night Shift
Licensed registered nurse accountable for providing patient care as a professional care giver or as leader of a nursing team providing care for patients, may be assigned to carry out Charge Nurse functions, collaborates with nursing and other health care personnel to provide safe and effective patient care for all age groups of patients. Must be licensed in the state of Kansas.
SAFE SITTER INSTRUCTOR – PRN (as classes are scheduled)
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, conducting, and evaluating programs for the benefit of RMH employees and the community as applicable.
CARDIAC DYSRHYTHMIA INSTRUCTOR – PRN
Instructor will teach Cardiac Dysrhythmia as a pre-requisite for first time ACLS students. The course is offered 3 times a year and explores the anatomy and physiology of the heart, condition patterns on the EKG monitor and the identification and analysis of dysrhythmias and indication for treatment. This instructor will also become certified to teach ACLS 3 to 4 times per year. Candidates must have 3-5 years ICU or ER experience to apply. Must have a Kansas license.
