EMERGENCY DEPT. – REGISTERED NURSE – Full Time -Mid Shift 11am-11pm
Provides professional nursing care within the Emergency Department; coordinates care planning with other disciplines. Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care and meets the needs of patients, as well as factors influencing patient flow through the system. Communicates with ED physicians regarding changes in patient’s status, symptomatology and results of diagnostic studies. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Must have Kansas RN license.
REGISTRATION CLERK – PRN
Provides indirect patient care in the Emergency Department. Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff and medical staff. Implements directions from physicians and nursing staff.
REGISTERED NURSE – 36 Hrs wk- night shift 7pm-7am
Licensed RN accountable for providing patient care as a professional care giver or as leader of a nursing team providing care for patients, collaborates with nursing and other health care personnel to provide safe and effective patient care for all age groups of patients. Must be licensed in the state of Kansas.
Licensed RN a professional care giver and part of a nursing team providing care for patients, collaborates with nursing and other health care personnel to provide safe and effective patient care for all age groups of patients. This position includes on-call coverage 7-10 days per month and should reside within 15 minutes of Hospital.
PHLEBOTOMIST – PRN (as needed)
Performs venipunctures and skin punctures competently and expediently. Has thorough knowledge of test requirements, assists in Clinical Laboratory as needed. Responsibilities include bleeding time tests, blood cultures, blood samples.
SCRUB TECH – Part Time – Day Shift
Scrub nurse assists surgeon during operative and invasive procedures. Ensures operating suite is prepared for procedure. Monitors par level of all surgical instruments and supplies. Cleans and sterilizes all surgical instruments. ORT cert. is required.
CLINICAL LIAISON – Full Time
Must have exceptional customer service skills, act as both coach, and mentor to physicians and clinical staff with regards to HER/EMR. Minimum Qualifications are: BA in Nursing, minimum of 2 years nursing experience, strong presentation and facilitation skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, all current and previous licenses in good standing, ability to work off-hours when required, and proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with CPSI is a plus.
SAFE SITTER INSTRUCTOR – PRN (as classes are scheduled)
Responsible for planning, developing, implementing, conducting, and evaluating programs for the benefit of RMH employees and the community as applicable.
