Ways to Contribute
We
invite you to join with the many community donors who share in
the enhancement of Ransom Memorial Hospital. Your gift provides
ongoing funding for numerous programs and services that benefit
the lives of many people. Ransom Memorial Hospital Charitable
Association, Inc. is a registered not-for-profit organization,
and therefore your contributions can provide substantial tax savings.
All contributions are tax deductible.

Ways to Make a Gift
The Ransom Memorial Hospital Charitable Association
is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization under the Internal Revenue
Service Code. Therefore, the Charitable Association can accept
a variety of gifts that are tax-deductible as allowed by law,
including:
Gifts of Cash - outright or
pledged over a period of two years.
Gifts of Securities - including
stocks, bonds, mutual funds and IRA’s.
Gifts of Personal Property
- for example, coin collections, antique cars, artwork, etc.
Gifts of Real Property - including
real estate, homes, business property, farmland and pastures,
etc. The Association reserves the right to liquidate at any time.
Gifts of Trusts - including
charitable remainder trusts, unitrusts, lead trusts, family trusts,
annuity trusts, etc.
Gifts of Insurance or Annuities
- the Association must be both the owner and beneficiary for donor
to receive charitable donation.
Gifts of Bequests - for example,
gifts received at death directed by a will or living trust.
We encourage you to discuss these various methods of giving with
your accountant, financial advisor, attorney, etc. and select
the most effective way for you to make a gift to the RMH Charitable
Association.
