The emergency room is located at the north end of the hospital and fully staffed 24 hours, every day of the year. Our medical staff is ready to handle every situation from simple sutures or broken bones, to life-threatening illness or injury. We are in constant touch by radio to coordinate ambulance service and are affiliated with three air ambulance services, keeping Ransom Memorial Hospital within minutes of major trauma facilities.
