Held every 4 to 6 weeks

Instruction on Cardiac special diets, meal preparation and nutrition management are available at RMH. Free classes are held every 4 to 6 weeks. Emphasis is placed on lifestyle changes including exercise that will benefit the entire family. Counseling will be individualized.
