by the Administrator the responsibility and authority to administer

Employee Benefits
Personnel Policies
Personnel Records
Employee Activities
Personnel Research
The Supervisors and/or Department Managers have
been delegated the responsibility of providing progressive, constructive
leadership to individual employees and shall strive to create
and continue sound employee relations. They will ensure that every
employee understands what is expected of him/her, to whom he/she
is responsible and his/her work relationship with others.
